A felon from Monmouth County has been indicted on charges he impersonated a law enforcement officer while illegally carrying a gun at a hospital, authorities announced Friday. Wesley Rucker, 36, of Tinton Falls was indicted on one count each of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, false impersonation of a federal officer and possession of imitation federal law enforcement credentials, U.S. Attorney Philip R.
