West Berkshire Council is upgrading its phone system tomorrow (Wednesday, January 16), writes Ruby Wheeler. There could be some disruption to normal service on all of the external lines on the day of the transition. This will happen at some point between 10am and 1pm and may last for up to two hours. The council said the new system will benefit all residents of West Berkshire and will ensure everyone can be served efficiently and effectively.
