Three Counties Running Club members took part in the fourth event of the Shouldham Cross Country Series on Sunday in perfectly dry conditions, with no wind. This was the last 5km race of the series, with just the 9km and 6.5km left to complete the six-race series which finishes in March. It is always a great event hosted by Ryston Runners and TCRC always has a good turnout to support, with 17 members running this time.
