The Met Office is predicting much of the UK to be hit with ice and snow as temperatures are set to fall even further. It comes as a wave of Arctic air has moved in from Scandinavia from the north, blanketing the whole of the country. Thisairflow is causing temperatures to plunge, but is also predicted to bring snow to much of Scotland.
