Marrero (La.) Archbishop Shaw three-star running back Jasper Parker has committed to the Michigan Wolverines, per On3’s Hayes Fawcett. Parker chose the Wolverines over Miami, Alabama, North Carolina and Oklahoma State while on his official visit to Ann Arbor.
