New Delhi [India], July 16 (ANI): The Supreme Court judge, Sanjay Kumar, recused himself from hearing the bail plea of Hyderabad-based businessman Abhishek Boinpally, an accused in the Delhi Liquor Policy money laundering case. The matter was listed before a bench of justices Sanjiv Khanna and Sanjay Kumar. After Sanjay Kumar recused himself from hearing the court, Sanjiv Khanna directed it to relist the plea in the first week of August.
