A broken down lorry is causing major delays during the evening rush hour. Traffic is building on the A2 approaching Brenley Corner London-bound due to the broken down vehicle at junction 7 of the M2. One commuter has been stuck in traffic for more than 20 minutes, describing the delays as a “nightmare”. As a result of the incident, the road is partially blocked. National Highways says normal traffic conditions are expected after 8.30pm. It said: “There are currently delays of 40 minutes against expected traffic.” More as we have it.
