A man was arrested Thursday after he was accused of stalking a 17-year-old several times in Monmouth County, authorities said. Thomas Watts, 70, of Long Branch, was charged with stalking and harassment following an investigation by the West Long Branch Police, according to a news release from the department. The incidents began around 10 p.m. on March 8 and included multiple instances where Watts showed up at a grocery store and left notes and flowers for the teen, police said.
