Ready, steady, cook! Students at Richard Whittington Primary School in Bishop’s Stortford tried their hand at preparing Greek cuisine during a nutrition workshop. The Key Stage 2 pupils learned how to make keftedes or traditional meatballs served with tzatziki, Greek salad, rice and pan-fried pesto chicken. Their tutor was Darren Tinkler, who runs Roots to Food and is a qualified chef.
