A New York man has been arrested on charges he killed his twin sister in a Teaneck home Thursday morning, Bergen County officials announced. Jonathan D. Hagley, 26, of New York City was arrested after being found by police several blocks from the scene and charged with first-degree murder and related firearm offenses, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office announced Thursday evening.
