Egypt is building a massive refugee camp in the desert surrounded by high concrete walls, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on Thursday. The camp is being built because of concern about a mass exodus from the Gaza Strip in the event of an Israeli ground offensive in Rafah, according to the report.
