Residents and staff at a care home honoured the emergency services in their area by delivering home-baked goodies. Edingley Lodge’s chef baked some goodies to thank emergency services for their selfless service in keeping the community safe. The baking session was to mark the UK’s Emergency Services Day, also known as 999 Day, as it gives people a chance to show their appreciation for the two million people serving communities in the emergency services either as employees or volunteers.
