A US citizen who allegedly left a mental health nurse unable to walk for six weeks after a car crash in the UK has been arrested in the US and is facing extradition. Issac Calderon is accused of causing Elizabeth Donowho serious injury by driving a silver Honda Accord dangerously on July 31 last year.
