A convicted felon has pleaded guilty to a federal gun charge after admitting to possessing a firearm that he used to pistol-whip a victim. Diago Davis, 50, from Chicago, Illinois, entered a guilty plea in federal court to one count of possession of a firearm as a felon. In a plea agreement, Davis acknowledged that law enforcement officers discovered a firearm in his Hiawatha, Iowa, residence on February 3, 2024.
