An Oslo court on Thursday threw out a legal action brought by right-wing Norwegian terrorist and murderer Anders Behring Breivik to the effect that the conditions of his solitary confinement violate his human rights. Breivik’s lawyer immediately announced that the ruling would be appealed. Breivik perpetrated Norway’s worst crime since World War II in July 2011 when he detonated a bomb in Oslo’s government quarter and then carried out a massacre at a Social Democrat youth camp on the nearby island of Utøya.
