The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) announced Thursday the arrest of four individuals connected to the murder of “General Hospital” actor Johnny Wactor. Three 18-year-old suspects – Robert Barceleau, Leonel Gutierrez, and Sergio Estrada – were booked on murder charges, while 22-year-old Frank Olano was booked as an accessory.
