Tokyo stocks were slightly higher Tuesday morning, tracking overnight advances on Wall Street, although rises were capped by investors continuing to lock in gains after a recent surge on the Japanese market. The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average rose 209.04 points, or 0.51 percent, from Friday to 41,399.72. The broader Topix index was up 22.48 points, or 0.78 percent, at 2,917.04.
