A MAN has been sent to the crown court for trial following an incident in Newbury. Ashleigh Pegg appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 13. The 33-year-old, of Beancroft Road, Thatcham, faces five charges – all of which he denies. Specifically, Mr Pegg is accused of causing racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress.
