Plans for ram raid bollards have been submitted for a shop that has been targeted by thieves twice in the last few years. The Coin & Stamp Centre, at 35a High Street in Hungerford, was hit by ram raiders on New Year’s Eve last year and the owners say they now want to protect the premises from it happening again.
