A new café will be offering a taste of Greek cuisine when it opens on a town’s high street. Thea Coffee House is due to open at the end of the month or early September at 9 High Street in Long Sutton. Owner Vasiliki Nastou will be running the eatery with family, including sister Aimiliana, 36, and they are helping to renovate the bar in preparation for the big opening. Mrs Nastou, 40, who lives in Spalding, said: “It is a café, bakery and restaurant and we will offer brunch, breakfast and lunch. “Half of the products will come from Greece and homemade dishes such as spinach pie, Greek feta pie…
