People who are caught fly-tipping have been warned they could land themselves increased penalties. Breckland Council has announced that it will be increasing the maximum penalties for fly-tipping, littering, and personal responsibility violations in line with recent Government legislation. It will be the first council in Norfolk to impose these new measures.
