Tottenham Hotspur have recalled Alfie Devine from his loan at Port Vale. Tottenham released a club statement via their official club website on Wednesday which stated the following on the academy talent: ‘We can confirm that we have exercised the option to recall Alfie Devine from his loan spell at Port Vale.
