A man was charged earlier this month with breaking into a Somerset County convenience store and stealing thousands of dollars worth of lottery tickets, authorities announced Tuesday. The burglary of the Franklin Township store was reported to police shortly after 8 a.m. on March 14, the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office said in a release.
