By Chiara Fiorillo The family of an 11-year-old who died of a possible overdose have hit out at authorities who they say “failed him” after he was found with cocaine and fentanyl in his system, according to his great-aunt. Ashton DeGonzaque, a sixth-grader at Grant Middle School, was found unresponsive inside an apartment at 604 E. Division St, Syracuse in Onondaga County, New York on Thursday.
