A Texas man was arrested after he shot his brother and his fiancee, KHOU 11 reported. Wilman Sandoval, 23, was charged with three counts of aggravated assault. His fiancee, 26, was shot several times and is now in critical condition. His 17-year-old brother was shot trying to help the woman, and is also in critical condition. Both are expected to survive.
