New Delhi [India], October 16 (ANI): Delhi’s Rohini Court has sentenced a Maulvi to 12 years imprisonment for sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl who was his student and was sent to him for learning the Urdu language in the madarsa. This incident took place in 2018 in a locality in North West Delhi. Special Judge (POCSO) Sushil Bala Dagar sentenced Mohd. Abdul Wahid to 12 years imprisonment under Section 6 of POCSO ( punishment for aggravated penetrative sexual assault). The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on the convict.
