Iran launched drone and missile strikes in neighbouring Pakistan that destroyed two bases used by the Islamist militant group Jaish al-Adl, Iran’s Tasnim news agency reported on Tuesday. The Sunni group has in the past claimed responsibility for several attacks in south-eastern Iran, where it is fighting for the independence of the restive Sistan and Baluchestan province.
