A 36-year-old former high school teacher already charged with sexually assaulting one student is now accused of the same offense against a second student. Julie Rizzitello, 36, is charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault and one count of third-degree witness tampering in the second incident, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said Wednesday.
