Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský has blamed Russia for the death of leading opposition politician Alexei Navalny in a Siberian penal colony. “He was imprisoned and tortured to death because he opposed [Russian President Vladimir] Putin,” the politician wrote on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, on Friday.
