The German automobile association ADAC is calling for intensive education about the increased risk of accidents as a result of the planned legalisation of cannabis. “It is clear that road safety must not be experimented with,” a spokesman told dpa. Cannabis consumption can alter perception and have a negative impact on a driver’s reflexes.
