Vodafone provides 2000 bonuses to all its subscribers who donate blood and register with DonorUA. Bonuses for donations can be exchanged for communication services, such as 10 GB of Internet in Ukraine, discounts on goods and services, and charity.
How to take advantage of the campaign
- register on DonorUA;
- donate blood at any blood center in Ukraine and receive a certificate;
- confirm the donation on the DonorUA platform by taking a photo or scanning the certificate and uploading it to your personal account;
- click the “Get 2000 bonuses” button, which will appear in the donor’s account after the donation is confirmed;
- exchange the received bonuses for gifts in the My Vodafone mobile application.
An important initiative
“We are pleased to join the DonorUA initiative, as we understand the importance of regular blood donations and have been supporting the donor movement for over 10 years. Also this year, together with the PULSE charity foundation, Vodafone implemented a project to train military medical personnel of four Marine Corps brigades in blood transfusion and provided equipment for blood transfusion and storage at frontline stabilization centers,” says Andriy Otroshchenko, Marketing Director at Vodafone Ukraine.
“The main reward for blood donation is saved lives. However, it is still nice to receive small gifts for your kindness – especially when these gifts are practical,” says Iryna Slavinska, co-founder of DonorUA and president of the All-Ukrainian Association of Donors of Ukraine.
According to her, the bonus program from DonorUA exists to thank those who already donate blood and to popularize donation among a new audience. She thanked Vodafone for supporting the donor movement.
