Microsoft has revised the lock screen in Windows 10 and 11 with a recent update that adds widgets, providing information about various things including the weather, the stock market and sports. However, not everyone loves the change. What is particularly annoying for many users is that the widgets can’t currently be customized. The new widgets are based on the MSN info cards and are preconfigured. Microsoft has announced that personalization will be possible in the future, but hasn’t given a date for this.
