MediaTek has unveiled its latest chipset, the Dimensity 7350, designed to deliver high performance to mid-range devices. Although it does not provide high power, Dimensity 7350-equipped phones are expected to be budget-friendly.
MediaTek Dimensity 7350 is equipped with an 8-core processor and is manufactured on TSMC’s 2nd generation 4nm process. This chipset includes 2nd generation Armv9 processors that can reach speeds of up to 3.0 GHz, as well as a Mali G610 MC4 GPU for graphics.
The Dimensity 7350 configuration consists of 2 Cortex-A715 cores and 6 Cortex-A510 cores. MediaTek NPU 657 is used for artificial intelligence tasks. The chipset is also equipped with ISP Imagiq 765, which supports 14-bit HDR imaging. It can work with camera sensors up to 200 MP and record 4K video at 30 frames per second. In addition, it supports LPDDR5 and LPDDR4x RAM.
As a mid-range processor, the Dimensity 7350 has some limitations. It only supports Full HD+ displays at 144Hz and uses UFS 3.1 storage. That being said, you won’t find this chipset in high-end smartphones. For more information, you can visit MediaTek’s official website at this link.
