Tokyo stocks rose Wednesday morning after the U.S. Dow Jones hit a new all-time high overnight, but gains were limited amid a lack of further buying incentives. The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average climbed 32.28 points, or 0.08 percent, from Tuesday to 41,307.36. The broader Topix index was up 13.68 points, or 0.47 percent, at 2,918.18. The U.S. dollar briefly rose to the mid-158 yen level in Tokyo tracking higher U.S. long-term interest rates in after-hours trading, but retreated to the lower 158 yen range amid caution over possible yen-buying intervention by Japanese authorities, dealers said….
