Samsung‘s next-generation flagship foldable smartphones may soon appear on the market. These upcoming devices are Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. But even before the official announcement, a fresh benchmark has revealed the key characteristics of Galaxy Z Fold 6. So, here are all the details.

The South Korean tech giant’s Galaxy Z Fold 6 has been spotted on GeekBench with the model number SM-F956U. The letter “U” in the model number may indicate that this is the American version of the upcoming foldable phone. Looking at the test results, we see that the device scored 1,964 points in the single-core test and 6,619 points in the multi-core test.

It achieved these results thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC under the hood. This chipset is paired with 12 GB of RAM. GeekBench also confirms that the new foldable phone runs Android 14 out of the box. The previous report also revealed the storage configurations and color options of the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The device is expected to come in Navy, Silver Shadow, Light Pink, as well as Crafted Black and White.

Galaxy Z Fold 6 will be available with three memory options: 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB. Recently, the battery capacity of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 was also revealed. The smartphone is reportedly powered by a 4400 mAh battery that supports 25W wired fast charging. It is also likely to offer 15W wireless charging and 4.5W reverse wireless charging.
