HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) has arrested Cris Jennings, 53, following a fatal shooting in Keystone that took place on July 15th. Deputies responded to a 911 call around 4:45 a.m. and discovered Valerie Dandrea, 64, deceased from upper body trauma in a residence on the 18000 block of Crescent Road. Jennings, who lived on the same property but in a separate structure, confessed to shooting Dandrea after a verbal altercation over cash escalated.
