A Michigan man was sentenced to 15 years on Thursday for sexually exploiting a child, coercion and enticement of a minor, and receipt of child pornography. Nopphadon Ninsawat, 32, was convicted on November 28, 2023, following a 4-day jury trial before United States District Judge David M. Lawson. Ninsawat met the 15-year-old victim on Snapchat. After they had communicated for some time, the victim’s mother discovered the communications, contacted the defendant, and told him that her daughter was 15 years old.
