A man was arrested Friday after he was accused of shooting another man near the Rutgers University-Camden campus earlier this week, officials said. The investigation began on Tuesday around 2 p.m. when officers from the Camden County Police Department responded to Cooper University Hospital for a report of a gunshot victim and found that a 36-year-old Pine Hill man, had been shot multiple time and was dropped off there in a car, according to a joint release from the department, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the Rutgers University Police Department.
