The Russian border with Ukraine around the city of Belgorod came under fire from Ukrainian attacks for the second day in a row on Saturday, this time killing two people, the regional governor reported. A man and a woman died in a rocket strike on the city some 50 kilometres from the border with Ukraine, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote on Telegram.
