Results fell in the second quarter for Dutch semiconductor equipment maker ASML Holding NV compared to the same period of the previous year. ASML reported on Wednesday that its second-quarter net income declined to €1.58 billion ($1.72 billion) from last year’s €1.94 billion. Net income per ordinary share fell to €4.01 from prior year’s €4.93. Total net sales were €6.24 billion, down from €6.9 billion a year ago.
