Fenland Running Club have said that its members have “trained hard” and completed several marathons up and down the country. Runners have burst into the marathon season after constantly training throughout the cold, wet and dark winter months, ready to take part in the Manchester Marathon. Sean Banks finished with a time of 3:08:32 in his debut marathon. Leading Fenland Running Club home was Ben Jimson in under three hours with 2:56:12.
