Designs for a 455-home estate next to a rapidly expanding village have been revealed. Outline permission for the scheme, now known as Willow Bank, was granted to GH Dean Ltd, which currently farms the land to the east of Iwade , in July 2022. But earlier this year Bellway announced its intention to buy the land, and it is the housebuilder that has submitted the latest, more detailed, plans to Swale council.
