Honor has officially announced the launch date of its next smartphone series, the Honor 200. The company will launch both the standard Honor 200 and the more powerful Honor 200 Pro on May 27 in China.
The Honor website has already opened pre-orders for the phones, where you can see their design and color scheme.
Both models will be available in four colors: Black, pink, white, and blue. They also have a similar back design with a similar camera island layout.
The main difference in the design of the phones is on the front. The standard Honor 200 has a front camera notch, while the Pro version has a tablet-shaped notch, probably to accommodate the dual selfie camera.
Although the official specifications have not yet been announced, a reliable source at Digital Chat Station has provided some information about possible features.
According to the source, the main camera of both phones is rumored to be a 50-megapixel sensor with OIS (optical image stabilization) and f/1.9 aperture. DCS also suggests that the lineup will feature a 5,200 mAh battery with 100W fast charging capability. In addition, the camera is said to boast a 50x digital zoom.
Honor has not yet confirmed the full specifications of both phones. More details are expected to emerge a few days before the official presentation on May 27.
