A landowner says a fire which ripped through a barn could cost him up to £50,000. Edward Barham believes arsonists are responsible for the blaze at Halden Lane, Rolvenden, near Tenterden, which happened in the early hours of this morning. Some three fire engines were called just after 2.30am to extinguish the blaze. Mr Barham says: “I’m very annoyed as it’s just completely unnecessary. “I am almost certain that this is arson.
