Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has expressed his dismay at the death of leading Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny. “Alexei, we will never forget you. And we will never forgive them,” Tusk wrote on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, on Friday. The Polish Foreign Ministry stated that the Russian government bears sole responsibility for Navalny’s death. “We demand an independent investigation and a full clarification of all the circumstances of his death,” the ministry said.
