Diss Baptist Church came alive with people perusing clothing and footwear last Saturday as it hosted a special charitable event. The church opened its doors to offer up pre-loved garments to anyone who wanted to make use of them, with all of the clothing and shoes offered for free. The giveaway adopted a similar approach to foodbanks, helping to save families from having to buy new clothes, while also offering a free cafe with hot and cold drinks and cakes.
