Plans to build 42 new homes in a village have now been approved after renewed plans were submitted almost a year ago. Rushcliffe Borough Council have accepted the development by Redrow, which will be located on land to the south of Butt Lane in the rural village of East Bridgford. Outline planning permission was already granted to the developers to use the site for residential purposes in 2020, with the first plans initially proposing 59 homes.
