Staff and residents at Rose Lodge care home in Wisbech mixed up batter and flipped pancakes for their annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Day celebrations. Head chef Di Lilley flipped more than 90 pancakes, serving them up with sweet and savoury fillings for some eager residents. Di said: “My secret to the best pancakes is all in the mixing.
