Home values increased in every New Jersey county in January compared to the year prior with one county seeing an 11% jump from a year earlier, according to the latest figures from Zillow. Mercer and Camden counties both had at least 10% increases in home values since January 2023. Hudson County saw the smallest increase at 3.71%. The most expensive home prices were in Cape May, Bergen, Monmouth and Morris counties, which all had typical home values of at least $600,000 in January.
