One soldier died and seven other soldiers as well as one civilian were injured on Monday when ammunition exploded at a military training ground in the Czech Republic. All of the casualties were members of the Czech army’s logistics centre for ammunition supply based in Týniště nad Orlicí, 130 kilometres east of Prague, the defence ministry said.
